We stayed here with our kids on our way home from vacation and Katrina was phenomenal! We were very happy with our experience during our stay but after driving four more hours towards home I realized that I’d left my wedding ring set in the hotel room. Panic! I immediately called and the wonderful Katrina picked up. She found it right away while on the phone with me and was SO KIND and reassuring towards me while I was all worked up. I can’t say enough good things and my husband and I have officially marked this hotel as an official favorite stop for our future driving trips.
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. I booked based on the incredibly affordable price, and honestly, I was a little nervous about what I'd find. My worries were completely unfounded! From the moment I stepped into the noticeably clean lobby, I felt comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The evening popcorn and cookies were a delightful touch, and the availability of board games in the lobby was a fun bonus. My room was comfortable and everything was in great shape. The air conditioner was a tad loud, but it did a great job of keeping the room cool. The included breakfast was excellent - a great way to start the day. And the location couldn't have been better for my needs. Overall, this hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodations.
Hotel is in a great location even though traffic can be very heavy at certain times of the day. Almost too many options when it comes to where to eat, shop, or hang out. The entire staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside/complaint would be that the hotel is an older property and is showing it's age. The hotel could use some updating but I would stay here again when in the area.

Now under renovation, so expect some noise if you go anytime soon. Otherwise, great hotel. Perfect location right off the interstate & near local restaurants. Clean rooms, friendly staff, they always offer extras like popcorn & hot dogs in the afternoons, a fruit bowl with bananas, oranges, & apples in the lobby, & water infused with lemon by the front door.
This place is awesome!!! The people are so very friendly in this town... Snacks! The snacks were so great. They had hotdogs and popcorn, coffee and lemonade and HOT COOKIES. It's SO CLEAN... The breakfast was delicious! They have all the regular continental items, PLUS eggwhite omelettes with peppers and onions, cheese omelettes and pancakes. The beds ... Oh the wonderful clean rooms and comfortable beds with the best pillows...The staff we encountered are so very very polite and friendly. We came for the Young Gravy Concert and a Nascar Tech Graduation, so we were excited and tired. We live in Asheville, so we are used to the unkind. Thank you for the great experience. I'm coming back, just to stay here

The staff here truly go above and beyond. From the moment we check in, we’re always greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Katrina, the manager, is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she sets the tone for the whole team because everyone is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is consistently excellent—whether it’s breakfast or a quick bite later in the day. Service throughout the hotel is top-notch, and the atmosphere feels more like a home away from home. We always look forward to our stays here, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough to anyone passing through the area.
